Frequently asked questions.
Do participants need to pay?
Only if you want them to. Sign-ups are free by default, but you can set a price per event and collect payment at sign-up — paid timeslots are included in your subscription at no extra charge (a small per-transaction processing fee applies). Otherwise, signing up stays completely free.
How do I get paid?
Connect a Stripe account once in Settings, then set a price on any event. Payments from sign-ups are paid out straight to your bank. You choose whether the customer covers the small platform fee or you absorb it, and whether cancellations are automatically refunded — all per event.
Do guests need an account to sign up?
No. Participants can claim a timeslot with just a name and email — no account, no password, no friction.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes — it's included. Add your logo, name, and accent colour in your team settings, and your public event pages plus the confirmation and reminder emails carry your brand instead of ours. Guests signing up never see shortbread.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.
Can I try it before subscribing?
You can sign in and explore the dashboard for free. Creating and publishing events requires an active subscription.
How do reminders work?
Participants automatically get an email reminder 24 hours before their slot and again 10 minutes before. If they provided a phone number, they get an SMS too.
